🌍 In the latest article for IAPP, Sébastien Ziegler, Chairman of the Europrivacy International Board of Experts, explains why the recent European Data Protection Board’s (EDPB) Opinions mark a major step for GDPR certification and for international data transfers.
With the EDPB’s approval, Europrivacy certification can now support organisations beyond the EU/EEA, including through a dedicated set of criteria recognised as a mechanism for international data transfers under Article 46 GDPR.
