Together with ASDPO, the European Center for Certification and Privacy is pleased to co-organise a dedicated event on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮, exploring the practical implications of European Data Protection Board (EDPB)’s Opinions 14/2026 and 15/2026.
The session will focus on Europrivacy’s extension to Swiss organisations, and on certification as a tool to demonstrate GDPR compliance and support international data transfers under Art. 42 and 46 GDPR.
