The Europrivacy criteria enable to check compliance with the GDPR. They have been approved by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) to serve as official European Data Protection Seal under Art. 42 (5) GDPR. Its criteria are recognised by all 30 EU and EEA Member States.
Developed through the European research programme, the Europrivacy criteria are continuously updated by an International Board of Experts, setting the gold standard in data protection.
