We are happy to announce that DNV has successfully completed its formal Europrivacy accreditation procedure under Art. 43 GDPR. DNV can now issue European Data Protection Seals throughout Europe to data controllers and processors.
The Europrivacy criteria enable to check compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). They have been approved by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) to serve as official European Data Protection Seal under Art. 42 (5) GDPR. Its criteria are recognised by all 30 EU and EEA Member States.
